- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. oil
- garlic salt
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 can mushrooms or fresh
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and roll in cornstarch. Fry in hot oil until brown.

2Sprinkle with garlic salt.

3Add remaining ingredients except soy sauce and cook for 10 minutes. Add soy sauce.

4Serve over rice.
