Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz.) pkg. green beans
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 can bean sprouts

Directions

    Rinse green beans under hot water to separate.

    Brown meat and onion; drain.

    Add soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, garlic and pepper.

    Remove and keep warm.

    Add beans to skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

    Stir in rice and push mixture up sides of skillet. Melt oleo in center.

    Add eggs and fry until set.

    Stir rice and meat mixture carefully into egg mixture.

    Stir in sprouts and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
