- 1 (9 oz.) pkg. green beans
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/8 tsp. garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can bean sprouts
Directions

1Rinse green beans under hot water to separate.

2Brown meat and onion; drain.

3Add soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, garlic and pepper.

4Remove and keep warm.

5Add beans to skillet and cook 2 to 3 minutes.

6Stir in rice and push mixture up sides of skillet. Melt oleo in center.

7Add eggs and fry until set.

8Stir rice and meat mixture carefully into egg mixture.

9Stir in sprouts and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
