- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Put chicken broth in saucepan.

3Immediately reduce heat to simmer.

4Dissolve cornstarch in water; add to chicken broth, stirring until slightly thickened.
