- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings (12 to 15 pieces)
- 1/4 c. red hot cayenne pepper sauce
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- celery
- Blue cheese dip
Directions

1Split wings at each joint and discard tips.

2Pat dry.

3Deep fry at 400° for 12 minutes until completely cooked and skin is crispy.

4Drain.

5Combine butter, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Dip wings in sauce to coat completely.

6Serve with celery and cheese dip.

7Yields 24 to 30 pieces.
