- 1 pkg. eggroll skins
- 1/2 head shredded cabbage
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 lb. shrimp, cooked
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 lb. pork cubes
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 lb. bean sprouts
- 1 small onion, chopped
Directions

1Steam cabbage, lettuce, onions, celery and pepper until soft, but not mushy.

2Stir-fry in 1/4 cup of oil, the meat for 3 minutes. Add water chestnuts and cook 5 minutes.

3Add cabbage mixture and stir.

4Add bean sprouts and cook until soft.

5Place small amount on eggroll skin, fold and seal with small amount of egg yolk.

6Deep fry in 1/2 inch of oil.
