- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion and celery
- 1 can mushrooms (save juice)
- 2 c. cut up cooked turkey
- 1 bouillon cube
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
Directions

1Saute in oil the onion, celery and mushrooms.

2Add turkey, bouillon cube and juice of mushrooms, plus water to make 1/2 cup. Mix together the cornstarch, soy sauce and water; stir into mixture until thick.

3Add bean sprouts.

4Put over rice, noodles or chow mein noodles.

5Can use beef or pork instead of turkey.
