  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1/4 c. canned milk
  • 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 12 oz. bag frozen corn (white or yellow)

Directions

    Melt the cream cheese, margarine and milk over low heat; add jalapeno peppers and salt.

    Stir in corn.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, covered.
