- 1/4 c. finely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
- 4 c. cooked rice, chilled
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a 10-inch skillet heat 1 tablespoon of oil.
