- 4 c. nuts
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Bring water to boil; add nuts.

2Bring back to boil for 1 minute.

3Rinse under hot water in a colander.

4Stir in sugar. Heat 1-inch oil in skillet and fry nuts until brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels and salt.

5Cool on waxed paper.

6Store in airtight containers.
