  • 2 eggs
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Cream butter, sugar and add the beaten eggs.

    Add nuts and coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.
