  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 1 large onion
  • garlic powder
  • garlic salt
  • celery (optional)
  • 3 cans bean sprouts, drained
  • 1 can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles

Directions

    In a large boiler, brown chuck and round.

    Add large onion. Add garlic powder, garlic salt and celery. Add bean sprouts. Next add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots.

    Add soy sauce.

    Pour into large baking pan.

    Sprinkle noodles on top.

    Bake at 325° for about 30 minutes.
