  • 3 boxes spinach
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 8 or 9 saltines, crushed

Directions

    Cook spinach; drain.

    In pot you cooked it in, put softened cream cheese and cream of celery soup.

    Heat until cheese is melted.

    Mix spinach, saltines, cheese and soup mixture.

    Put into casserole.

    Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

    Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350° until heated thoroughly.
