- 3 boxes spinach
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
- 8 or 9 saltines, crushed
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain.

2In pot you cooked it in, put softened cream cheese and cream of celery soup.

3Heat until cheese is melted.

4Mix spinach, saltines, cheese and soup mixture.

5Put into casserole.

6Top with shredded Cheddar cheese.

7Bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350° until heated thoroughly.
