- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 can Chinese noodles (optional)
- 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 1 soup can water
Directions

1Cook beef until crumbly.

2Drain off grease.

3Add onion, celery, soups, can of water, pepper, soy sauce and rice.

4Stir. Put on lid and cook on low until rice is done, about 30 minutes. Serve over Chinese noodles, if desired.
