Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 medium size can Chinese noodles
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 can chicken vegetable soup
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Fry ground meat until very light brown and drain well.

    Mix together all ingredients except noodles.

    Pour into baking dish or pan and bake 50 minutes at 350°.

    Spread noodles on top and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more.
