- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 3 (10 oz.) boxes frozen peas
- 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped celery
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and cut
- 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- salt to taste
Directions

1Heat oils, then put in vegetables and cook about 15 minutes or until tender.

2Stir occasionally.

3Dissolve 1/4 cup of broth and cornstarch, then add remaining broth and soy sauce; cook until thick.

4Pour over vegetables and heat.
