  • 2 cubes Nucoa butter
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup

Directions

    Bring to a soft-ball stage. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 teaspoon baking soda. Pour over air popped popcorn (6 quarts). Stir very good. Bake in 200° oven for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes. Stir just before dumping onto countertop. Gently break into small pieces. Enjoy!
