- 1 pork loin roast (boneless) or 2 round strips, remove all fat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. MSG (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
Directions

1Mix salt, sugar, m.s.g., and tenderizer together.

2Place in Tupperware container long enough to let the pork lie straight. Roll the meat in the dry sugar combination to coat.

3Cover and store in refrigerator.

4The meat will cause the dry sugar to create a syrup.

5Turn the meat 2 or 3 times a day for 2 or 3 days to marinate.
