  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sherry
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. 5 spice
  • 1/2 tsp. red food coloring
