- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
Directions

1Cook rice in hot oil over medium heat until golden brown.

2Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.

3Add onion, celery and pepper.

4Cover tightly and simmer 10 minutes.

5(It may be necessary to add a little more water.)
