  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 5 green onions (including tops), chopped
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Ramen noodles, broken into pieces (do not use flavoring pkg.)
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c. sesame seed
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. Marukan rice vinegar
  • 3/4 c. sugar or less
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil

Directions

    Combine cabbage and onions and refrigerate.

    Break noodles into small pieces.

    In skillet, lightly brown noodles, almonds and sesame seed in butter.

    Set aside.
