- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

1Cut fresh spinach stems into 1-inch pieces; tear leaves into bite-size pieces.

4Heat oil, sugar and soy sauce in skillet; add spinach, water chestnuts and onion. Cook, tossing lightly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until spinach is coated and heated.
