  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • Minute rice (use microwave instructions for 4 servings)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. chopped green onions

Directions

    Cube chicken and fry.

    While chicken is frying, cook rice in microwave.

    When chicken is done, remove from skillet.

    Scramble eggs.

    Return chicken to skillet with eggs.

    Add rice, soy sauce and onions.
