- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/4 c. sliced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. Chinese black beans
- 8 oz. Lup Cheong, sliced
- 1 bunch Chinese parsley
- chopped green onion
Directions

1Combine first 6 ingredients.

2Rub fish inside and out and let sit 20 minutes to 1 hour.

3Lay fish in shallow dish.

4Stuff cavity with the next 5 ingredients.

5Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on High for 12 minutes or until opaque and glazed.
