- 4 c. broccoli florets (can use defrosted mixed frozen vegetables)
- 2 Tbsp. oil (not olive oil)
- 1/2 c. chicken or beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. slivered almonds or sesame seed
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy skillet or wok.

2Add broccoli and stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes, until vegetables are bright green.

3Add broth and soy sauce.

4Simmer uncovered about 3 minutes.

5Garnish with almonds or seeds.

6Great with other fresh vegetables - green beans and celery.
