  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen San Francisco Blend vegetables
  • 1/2 bottle soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cornstarch
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. pkg. thin spaghetti or Chinese noodles or rice

Directions

    Cook spaghetti, Chinese noodles or rice as directed.

    Brown ground beef in large skillet or saucepan.

    Add frozen vegetables and spices; stir-fry.

    Add 1/2 bottle of soy sauce and 3 cups water; let boil about 6 minutes.
