- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. black tea
- 1 Tbsp. cloves
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Place the eggs in a saucepan of cold water.

2Bring them to a boil over medium-high heat.

3Boil them for 25 minutes.

4Cool the eggs for 5 minutes in cold water.

5Lightly roll the eggs on a flat surface until their shells are covered with fine cracks.

6Place the eggs in a large saucepan.

7Add the other ingredients.

8Add sufficient water to cover.

9Bring them just to boiling.

10Reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour.
