  • 3 cups onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups butter
  • 1 gal. frozen corn, thawed
  • 3 qt. water
  • 1/2 cup canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, pureed
  • 1 bag STOVE TOP Cornbread Flavored Stuffing Mix
  • 2 qt. KRAFT CHEDASHARP Pasteurized Process American Cheese Shred, divided

    Cook onions in butter in large skillet 2 to 3 min.

    or until onions are tender.

    Add corn, water and pepper puree.

    Bring to boil.

    Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and half of the process cheese.

    Spoon into 2 full hotel pans (or 1/2 hotel pan for trial recipe); sprinkle with remaining process cheese.

    Cover; hold on steam table up to 1-1/2 hours.
