Chipotle-Raspberry Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 chipotle chile, canned in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon light raspberry-walnut vinaigrette (such as Ken's Steak House)
  • 1/2 pound thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 1 cup gourmet salad greens
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Manchego cheese or provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced and halved red onion
  • 4 (8-inch) low-fat flour tortillas (such as Mission 96% fat-free Heart Healthy)

Directions

    Process first 3 ingredients in a food processor until mixture is blended and smooth.

    Arrange turkey and next 3 ingredients evenly down center of each tortilla. Top evenly with chipotle sauce, and roll up. Chill until ready to serve. If desired, cut in half diagonally before serving.
