- 1 (28 ounce) can fire-roasted tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3 chiles in adobo seasoning, plus 3 T. sauce
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cilantro leaf
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

1Add tomatoes and their juices, garlic, chiles, chipotle sauce, and onion to the bowl of a food processor. Blitz until slightly chunky.

2Add cilantro and lime juice, then pulse until salsa is almost smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
