- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 4 oz. dried beef, cut in small pieces
- 2 hard-cooked eggs
Directions

1Pour boiling water over beef; let stand 5 minutes and drain. Stir soup until creamy.

2Add milk, cheese, onion, uncooked macaroni and beef.

3Add eggs and mix gently.

4Turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

5Store, covered, overnight in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
