  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 4 oz. dried beef, cut in small pieces
  • 2 hard-cooked eggs

Directions

    Pour boiling water over beef; let stand 5 minutes and drain. Stir soup until creamy.

    Add milk, cheese, onion, uncooked macaroni and beef.

    Add eggs and mix gently.

    Turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

    Store, covered, overnight in refrigerator. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
