  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 or 2 pkgs. sliced dried chipped beef, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. finely minced onion
  • Chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

    Cream sour cream and cream cheese until well blended; adding a couple tsps. of milk if necessary. Add minced onion, garlic powder and beef. Place in oven-proof dish. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
