  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 1/2 oz. jar chipped beef, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 4 spring onions, chopped fine, including tops
