Chipped Beef Spread

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar dried beef, torn
  • 1 scallion or small onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. green pepper
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Blend softened cream cheese and milk together. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread can be refrigerated at this point.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until it looks like it is going to brown. Serve with crackers as a spread or dip.
