- 14 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 pinch salt
- 34 cup sugar
- 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips or 1 (6 ounce) package peanut butter chips
Directions

1Partially beat egg whites; add cream of tartar and salt.

2Beat fairly stiff.

3Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff.

4Fold in chocolate chips.

5Drop by small teaspoonfuls on heavy brown paper or parchment paper, about 2 inches apart.

6Bake at 325F for 25 minutes.
