  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery or 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. rice and 1/2 c. water (if using Minute rice, make 4 servings)
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • soy sauce

Directions

    Mix all together. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, covered.

    Bake another 30 or 40 minutes uncovered.
