- 1 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 10 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- flour, salt and pepper
Directions

1Lightly salt and pepper chicken breasts.

2Dredge in flour and saute in a heavy skillet over high heat with 2 tablespoons of butter.

3Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until just done. Set aside and keep warm.
