Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT* No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter
  • 1 cup cornflakes
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup caster sugar
  • Caramel
  • 400g can condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 2 tablespoons KRAFT* No Added Salt Smooth Peanut Butter
  • Topping
  • 100g dark chocolate, melted

Directions

    Combine the butter and peanut butter, pour over dry ingredients and mix well.

    Press into a lightly buttered and lined 30 x 20 cm slab pan.

    Bake at 190C for 15 minutes.

    Allow to cool.

    Caramel: Combine condensed milk, golden syrup and peanut butter in a saucepan.

    Cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously until caramel is golden brown.

    Pour caramel over base and top with chocolate.

    Refrigerate until set.
