- 4 oz. glace cherries
- 4 oz. walnuts
- 4 oz. shortcake biscuits
- 6 oz. milk chocolate
- 1 oz. butter
- 1 egg, separated
- 1 Tbsp. brandy
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 small carton heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Chop most of cherries in half.

2Then chop the nuts and biscuits until they are pea size.

3Melt butter over low heat.

4Add chocolate, then sugar.

5Stir until dissolved.

6Remove from heat. Fold in egg yolk and brandy.

7Beat in egg white.

8Add the cherries, walnuts and biscuits (not the crumbs).

9Press into loaf pan and cool in refrigerator.
