  • 8 oz. imitation crab meat
  • 6 oz. shredded Jack cheese
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1 c. each chopped celery and onion
  • garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 flour tortillas

Directions

    Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, celery, spices and half of the salsa.

    Mix.

    Spoon about 1/3 cup down center of tortilla. Roll.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Use all 8 tortillas.

    Put remaining salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
