- 8 oz. imitation crab meat
- 6 oz. shredded Jack cheese
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. each chopped celery and onion
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 8 flour tortillas
Directions

1Combine crab meat, cheese, onion, celery, spices and half of the salsa.

2Mix.

3Spoon about 1/3 cup down center of tortilla. Roll.

4Place in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

5Use all 8 tortillas.

6Put remaining salsa on top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serve with lettuce and tomatoes.
