- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. miniature marshmallows
- Chocolate Frosting (recipe follows)
Directions

1Cream butter in a large mixing bowl.

2Add sugar, beating until fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating at medium speed of electric mixer.

4Set mixture aside.

5Combine flour and next 3 ingredients; add to creamed mixture, stirring well.

6Stir in vanilla and chopped pecans.

7Spoon batter into greased 9-inch square pan.

8Bake at 350° for 18 to 20 minutes.

9Remove from oven; sprinkle with marshmallows.

10Cover with foil; allow to stand for 5 minutes to melt marshmallows.

11Remove foil.

12Spread frosting on top of warm brownies; cool and cut into squares.
