- 200 g sweet biscuits
- 125 g butter, melted
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 90 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 23 cup caster sugar
- 14 cup plain flour
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 300 ml cream, whipped
- 2 -3 tablespoons grated chocolate
Directions

1Crush biscuits with a rolling pin or in a food processor.

2Add melted butter and mix well.

3Smooth over base and sides of a large pie plate or 2 small 20cm pie plates.

4Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat until just melted.

5Mix gelatine with 3 teaspoons of hot water and mix until the gelatine is disolved.

6Beat eggs with an electric mixer in a bowl until just combined, add sugar and continue beating until creamy.

7Carefully add sifted flour, chocolate mixture and gelatine.

8Pour into pie crust and refrigerate overnight.

9Once chilled and set top with whipped cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
