  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 c. bourbon
  • 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
  • 1 1/4 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 c. finely ground pecans or walnuts
  • 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
  • 12 oz. chocolate sprinkles

    Sift cocoa and sugar together.

    Set aside.

    Combine bourbon and corn syrup in a bowl; stir in cocoa mixture, pecans, and vanilla wafers.

    Roll mixture into 1-inch balls; dip each in egg white and roll in chocolate sprinkles.
