- 2 eggs
- 250 ml milk
- 125 ml vegetable oil
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 400 g plain flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 150 g milk chocolate, cut into chunks
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200c/400f/Gas mark 6.

2Place the eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugars and milk in a large mixing bowl and beat together.

3In another bowl sift the flour, add the baking powder and salt and mix well.

4Stir the chocolate pieces into the flour. Pour the liquid into the flour and mix togehter until just blended.

5Line a muffin tray with paper cases and sill each case to just below the top with the muffin mixture. Bake the muffins for 20-25 minutes.
