  • 3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine dry ingredients in large bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients, except boiling water.

    Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes.

    Pour into 1 (13 x 9-inch) pan or 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake is done.
