- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 cups brown sugar
- 34 cup cocoa
- 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 cup boiling water
- 1 cup non-melted chocolate chips
Directions

1Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2Combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl except your chocolate chips and slowly mix in your wet ingredients.

3Pour into a greased circular pan or 9 by 13 inch rectangular pan.

4Add your chocolate chips on top, and softly push into the batter making sure not to let them touch the bottom or sides of the pan, since they easily stick.

5Bake for around 30 minutes, add more time if needed.
