- 1 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 2 tsp. soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 64 caramels
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 6 tsp. milk
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix butter, oatmeal, soda, flour, brown sugar and salt and put 3/4 of mixture into jelly roll pan.

2Melt caramels, butter and milk; pour over mixture.

3Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

4Remove and place chocolate chips and nuts on top.

5Top with remaining crumb mix.

6Bake another 15 minutes at 350°.
