  • 3 c. milk
  • crushed nuts

Directions

    Mix first 3 ingredients and press in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes; cool.

    Mix cream cheese and sugar together; fold in Cool Whip.
