- 3 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 9 oz. graham cracker crust
- 2 Tbsp. whipping cream
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer in a large bowl until well blended.

3Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Stir in 1 2/3 cups small chocolate chips.

4Pour into crust.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Reduce temperature to 250°.

7Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven to wire rack.

8Cool completely.

9Cover; refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.

10Place 1/3 cup chocolate chips and whipping cream in microwave-safe bowl.

11Heat on High 20 to 30 seconds.

12Cool slightly.

13Spread over top of cheese pie. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
