- 1 (8.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafers
- 6 Tbsp. melted butter
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. brandy (optional)
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz. sour cream
Directions

1Crush wafers and mix with melted butter; pat into a 9 x 13-inch spring-form pan, leaving a 1-inch space at top.

2Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.

3Beat cream cheese, sugar and brandy until smooth.

4Add chocolate chips and 3 eggs, 1 at a time.

5Add sour cream; mix until smooth.

6Pour into pan.

7Bake at 375° for 1 hour. Cool on rack.
