- 1 c. sugar
- 3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Beat sugar and cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy and light.

2Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.

3Add melted chocolate, vanilla, cocoa and sour cream, beating constantly.

4Add melted butter and blend well.

5Pour into spring-form pan and bake on lower rack for 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until edges are completely set.

6Center may not appear set but will firm as chilled.

7Cool until warm on wire rack.

8Cover and refrigerate overnight.

9Remove from pan.
